Forma’s Internal Product Wiki
As companies scale, building a system to keep internal teams up to date on the latest product functionalities becomes crucial. Forma hired me to create an internal, self-governed wiki solution so folks from every team could confidently self-serve answers about the latest product and feature functionality.

Delivered: An internal product wiki built within Notion that had:
Easy-to-navigate information architecture levels,
Change management plans in place to keep the wiki it up to date.
