Problem: Haven is a headache and migraine care specialist service provider that partners with clinicians and other services to help women in California, Oregon, and expanding. The founders contacted me to provide a fine-tune of their client and partner-facing service site before launch in 2023.

First, a holistic review for flow
After an intake call with Haven’s team leads to understand their needs, I conducted a holistic review of the existing client-facing site. I mocked up proposal wire frames to improve the flow of the site, and outlined the ideal flow of customer experience and education for the goals they had.
